Dean Kenney is a longtime leader in the medical imaging industry with deep relationships and a proven track record in “Big Iron” equipment sales, including MRI and CT systems. He began his career in 1983 in Biomed while serving in the U.S. Army, then spent years in private service businesses before running his own equipment sales company for nearly a decade. Dean later joined Browns Medical Imaging with a focus on growing their Big Iron division, where he built sales from $0 to $20MM over eight years while developing an extensive network of clients, service professionals, and trusted industry partners. In 2025, Dean launched 3n3 Medical Services, LLC to better serve his established customer base with greater flexibility, full-service equipment solutions, and comprehensive service contract support.
